Volunteer Opportunities

BASA is powered by volunteers. Our coaches, coordinators, and board members make it possible for hundreds of children to play soccer each season.

While volunteer participation is not required for player registration, we rely on families who are willing to step forward and support our programs.

Our greatest need each season is volunteer coaches.

As a coach, you have the flexibility to:

• Set your team’s practice day and time
• Choose an approved practice location
• Play in the area that works best for your family

To show our appreciation, BASA provides:

• A 50% registration discount for your child the following season
• A preseason coach training session
• Equipment and practice resources
• Ongoing support, including guidance from our Club Trainer

No prior coaching experience is required — just a positive attitude and a willingness to support young athletes.

Beyond coaching, there are many ways to get involved, including:

• Event support (including our annual Soccerween Tournament)
• Field and complex support during game days
• Leadership and coordinator roles
