Complex Information
The Bay Area Soccer Association soccer complex is located on 25-acres on Monitor road near I-75. The fields are located between the Bay Arenac ISD (Career Center) and Monitor Road. The Complex can be seen from I-75 as you go over the Wilder Road overpass. Construction started in the late Fall of 1999, the first games were played at the complex in the Fall of 2001.
There are 5 full sized fields that can be subdivided into smaller fields as needed for the soccer season. All fields are irrigated, and tiled. There is a 300 car parking lot (with 400 additional parking spots available at the Bay Arenac ISD), a 20'x20' concession building, and a 20'x28' equipment storage building.

From the South
- Take I-75 North to Exit 164 (M-13 / Wilder Rd. exit). You will be able to see the soccer complex on your right after taking the exit.
- Follow the signs for Wilder Rd.
- Turn Right on to Wilder Rd
- Less than 1/10 of a mile after turning on to Wilder turn right on to Monitor Rd.
- Follow Monitor Rd. for 1/2 mile. The BASA Soccer Complex is on the left hand side of the road.
From the North
- Take I-75 South to Exit 164 (Wilder Rd.)
- Turn Left on to Wilder Rd.
- At the top of the second overpass turn right on to Monitor Rd. (Monitor Rd. is the second light on the overpass)
- Follow Monitor Rd. for 1/2 mile. The BASA Soccer Complex is on the left hand side of the road.
The following rules are for the safety of everyone. Please be considerate and abide by the rules.
- No pets anywhere on the complex grounds.
- No alcoholic beverages.
- No smoking.
- The property for the BASA complex is leased from the Bay Arenac School District, as such smoking and alcohol are prohibited.
- No glass containers.
- Only authorized games are to be held at the complex.
- No practices, or scrimmages are to be held at the complex.
- Coaching is to be done only between the 18 yard lines.
- Spectators must remain behind the orange line.
- No spectators behind the goals.
- Do not climb or sit on the fence around the complex.
- Respect the calls of the referee. They are there to make the game enjoyable for everyone. If you have a problem with a game, coach, or referee, please contact a BASA official. The concession stand will be able to direct you to the proper person. Remember we are all here ‘For the kids...For the fun of it!
- Clean up after yourself and your team. Please use trash receptacles, pickup your drink bottles, and trash from your team.
- Speed limit in the parking lot is 5 MPH. We have over 1500 children playing soccer at the complex, please drive slow and watch for kids running out from between cars.
