at registration or pay a $25 per child
additional fee. We can not contact you at
a later date for your volunteer information
so please bring your calendar to registration

A Parent or Legal Guardian must
be present to register a minor child.
(Please note: grandparents and friends
are not legal guardians and cannot register players).
You must have the child’s Birth Certificate
with you to register. Even previously registered
players must have a Birth Certificate to
