THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY ASSIGN THE CORRECT AGE DIVISION PROVIDED YOU INPUT THE CORRECT DATE OF BIRTHALL TRANSFER REQUESTS NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY THE REGISTRAR ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE REGISTERED.

FAMILY REGISTRATION FEES ARE $50.00 FOR THE FIRST REC. PLAYER AND A $5.00 DISCOUNT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL REC. PLAYER.

THERE IS NO CROSSOVER FAMILY DISCOUNT APPLIED FOR FAMILY MEMBERS OF SELECT TRAVEL OR U10 MAJORS PLAYERS. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYERS, COACHES AND VOLUNTEER REQUESTS ARE NOT ALWAYS ACCOMMODATED.

MONDAY MARCH  8TH. 2010 BEGINS LATE REGISTRATION AND A $20.00 LATE FEE PER PLAYER IS APPLIED.

MARCH 8TH.  THRU THE 24TH TEAMS & COACHES ARE ASSEMBLED.  REMEMBER THAT COACHES AND TEAMS CAN CHANGE FROM ONE SEASON TO ANOTHER.  BASA CANNOT ALWAYS PLACE ASSISTANT COACHES WITH HEAD COACHES THAT THEY REQUEST.

THURSDAY MARCH 25TH.2010  THE RECREATION LEAGUE COACHES MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE BAY COUNTY COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT 800 J.F. KENNEDY DR. BAY CITY  JUST SOUTH OF VET'S BRIDGE.  ASSISTANT COACHES ARE ALSO ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.   MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 5:30PM.

ADVANCE SALE ON REVERSIBLE GAME JERSEYS  WILL BE: ANNOUNCED SOON.   YOU CAN ALSO PURCHASE GAME JERSEYS THE FIRST TWO SATURDAYS OF THE SEASON AT THE COMPLEX PAVILLION.  COST IS $20.00

GAME SCHEDULE DATES: Weekends of  April 17th. & 24th. May 1st., 8th., 15th., & 22nd., June 5th. Each team plays 8 games.

VOLUNTEER OBLIGATION IS ONLY 1 HR PER SEASON PER CHILD FOR RECREATION LEAGUE.  2 HRS IN THE FALL SEASON ONLY FOR MAJORS & TRAVEL PARENTS.

THIS OBLIGATION IS WAIVED FOR HEAD COACHES ONLY.  ASSISTANT COACHES AND MANAGERS MUST STILL VOLUNTEER.

HEAD COACHES, PLEASE ANSWER YES TO THE VOLUNTEER QUESTION AND CHECK THE BOX THAT COORDINATES WITH THE AGE DIVISION YOU WISH TO COACH. ASSISTANT COACHES NEED TO STILL VOLUNTEER 1 HOUR PER SEASON PER CHILD.

DURING YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS, BE SURE TO ANSWER YES IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE A VOLUNTEER.

IF YOU ANSWER NO AND STILL PICK A VOLUNTEER SPOT FROM THE MENU OF CHOICES THE SYSTEM WILL STILL CHARGE YOU THE NON-VOLUNTEER FEE OF $25.00 PER HR. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS A $35.00 PER HOUR CHARGE TO YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR ASSIGNED VOLUNTEER TIME.
